- Technology and innovation are our priorityWhat You Will Be Doing- Analyze data which includes: flow cytometry, multi-omics, and drug response - Develop & maintain a statistical process control framework
- Design algorithms to optimize our drug search and drug development
- Assist on the design and analysis of research experiments
- Oversee machine learning pipeline
- Present your results and analysis at group and individual meetings
- Work with some combination of the following: Jupyter, Pandas, SciPy, NumPy, SciKits, Python, Docker, R, etc.What You Need for this Position- Successful track record in working large, complex biological datasets- PhD in bioinformatics, computational biology, {bio}statistics, or equivalent experience and training
- 3+ years of postgraduate experience
- Strong on Python/Jupyter or R
