Wildlife Technician

As a Wildlife Technician you will provide corrective, preventative and exclusion services to assigned nuisance wildlife control customers to ensure their needs are met. This will include trapping, relocating and/or removing animals that occupy residential and commercial structures. Wildlife includes but is not limited to squirrels, raccoons, mice, rats, bats, snakes, foxes, coyotes, bees and wasps. We Offer: * Competitive pay with commission opportunity * Company vehicle and gas card * Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision & life Insurance * 401(k) plan with company match, employee stock purchase plan * Paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave * Employee discounts, tuition reimbursement, dependent scholarship awards * Quality, comprehensive training programs Responsibilities: * Drive company vehicle to customer locations * Meet with customers to explain service and service agreement and have customers fill out and sign appropriate paperwork * Inspects the interior and exterior of the building to be treated * Capture nuisance wildlife in an urban and suburban setting * Perform basic exclusion and repair work on areas that nuisance wildlife enter the structure and may have damaged using hand tools, sheet metal and screening * Upon service completion, fill out necessary paperwork * Advise customer of the services provided * Conduct annual reinspections of customer's property as assigned. * Maintain cleanliness of vehicle and equipment Requirements: * Good work history * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Valid driver's license and clean driving record * Route based experience a plus * Ability to work independently in the field with strong organizational skills We're looking for people who enjoy working with customers, are detail oriented and like to solve problems.
