Environmental Lab Technician

Job Description

This position is for an Environmental Lab Technician who would be performing entry level lab duties along with customer service/administrative tasks.

1. Lab Tech duties: routine laboratory checks and measurements; sample management and disposal; consumable inventory; and providing general lab assistance to environmental laboratory staff.

2. Customer Service duties: assisting walk-in customers; accepting customer payments; sample receipt, login, and shipping; and courier duties.

Requirements

· Experience providing operational support in a laboratory (commercial or educational)

· Experience managing samples

· Experience providing customer service/administrative support

· Computer efficiency with software applications

· Valid Driver's license
