Operations System Specialist I
- Coon Rapids, MN
- Compensation: $21-23/hr
- Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm
- Temporary to Hire
Summary: Provides administrative support for the document control system.
Responsibilities:
- Scans and verifies complete and readable scans of study documentation.
- Files electronic versions of study documentation according to standard operating procedures.
- Once scanned and stored electronically, mails the original, hard copy versions of studies to clients as required.
- May function as the back-up archivist.
- Provides filing, binder preparation and other clerical support to the study coordinator team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Animal Science, or related preferred
- Knowledge of and the ability to operate a computer and scanner.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Adobe Pro is preferred.
Notes/Environment:
- The employee is regularly exposed to a variety of livestock, domestic and laboratory animals, and may occasionally be exposed to fluoroscopy.
