Efficiency Vermont is looking for three Program Managers to join our team! The areas of focus are listed below:Program Manager 1 - Residential programsContract managementSupport role across wide range of energy efficiency programsAdministrative systems managementProgram Manager 2 - Commercial and Industrial TechnologiesEnergy efficiency programs focused on technologies in commercial and industrial facilitiesFacilitate team meetings with Efficiency Vermont engineers and technical sales teamBudget and resource managementProgram Manager 2 - Municipal, Universities, Schools, and Hospitals (MUSH) MarketsEnergy efficiency programs focused on schools, universities, hospitals, federal buildings, and institutionsFacilitate team meetings w/external facilities managers and municipal stakeholders as well as internal teamsBudget and resource managementWe are committed to building a work community that is inclusive and represents a vibrant diversity of background, experience, perspective, and thought. Responsibilities:
Assists Portfolio Manager to define the staff and budget resource requirements, operational expectations, and internal reporting requirements needed to achieve annual goals.Supports the management of the budget resources and ensures consistent service delivery.Continuously monitors progress regarding initiative goals, budgets and cost-effectiveness making program tactical changes as needed.Ensures operational efficiency, performance quality, and drives Best Known Practices.Delivers clear and transparent program messaging for both external and internal customers.Addresses customer service complaints and feedback. Seeks solutions to prevent future occurrences.Provides operational support to multiple market programs.Actively mentored by senior program managers to continue skill development.Provides clear and effective communication with all customers including team members, stakeholders, cross-functional groups, etc.Provides support to the activities of VEIC as necessary to accomplish organizational goals and objectives.

Qualifications:
Program Manager 1Strong personal commitment to the mission, vision, goals and values of VEIC.Bachelors degree and two years of experience in a professional work environment, or a similar combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills have been acquired.Project management skillsExperience supporting a large team with competing prioritiesProgram Manager 2Strong personal commitment to the mission, vision, goals and values of VEIC.Bachelors degree or a similar combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills have been acquired.Three years of experience in operations or program management including tactical decision-making, influential leadership, facilitation, resource management, budget management, communications, and the ability to develop and attain goals.Proven ability to develop strong working relationships, collaborate with internal staff, customers, and trade allies.Familiarity with energy efficient technologies and market knowledge is helpful in this roleBudget management experience
