Naval Reactors Facility's Industrial Skills Training group is seeking an experienced, energetic, and motivated candidate with a passion for providing quality training in environmental and safety topical areas in order to provide a safe work environment for our employees and to bolster the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program's commitment to environmental and safety compliance, protecting our environment and the people in the surrounding communities as well. This position involves developing a firm understanding of requirements, researching the topical area (including collaborating with Subject Matter Experts from the teams executing the work), developing innovative and engaging training materials, delivering the training by a variety of means, and documenting all aspects of the training development and delivery. Depending on the program taught, there may also be written and/or hands-on (practical) examinations to be developed and administered.
