Join CVS Health, a Fortune 5 company, as the Product Owner of the financial workflow application to support our pricing operations teams. This tool is one piece of a transformational underwriting initiative to drive profitability across the enterprise.

As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for the product vision, user/customer experience and being a team leader.

You will develop a deep understanding of the business and the business needs, build close relationships with key stakeholders, and define the business strategy roadmap for the product. The role will work closely with the leader of the ecosystem product owners and IT colleagues to facilitate a strong relationship to bring the vision and strategy to life through clear prioritization and value proposition. You will be accountable for consistent and timely delivery of fully tested solutions to meet the business needs.

This is a unique role that leverages the ability to combine business and technology acumen to operate as a leader and detail-oriented expert with a focus and impact on workflow optimization and process improvement.

Responsibilities include:

-Craft the product vision and build business case for development of features and enhancements to effectively deliver value to users, customers and the business
-Define the overall vision and strategic roadmap
-Identify key variables that influence the workflow process and develops and implements changes, enhancing workflow optimization.
-Understand the user/customer through interviews/focus groups to generate insights
-Facilitate workshops that turn insights into ideas/features to add value to the customer
-Build relationships with users/customers, IT delivery team and other key stakeholders/business partners
-Lead design/product meetings
-Continually manage and prioritize product backlog
-Drive the product roadmap and release schedule
-Clarify any assumptions/open questions from the design team

This role may be located out of our offices in Northbrook, IL, Scottsdale, AZ or Woonsocket, RI. We are also open to a work from home/fully remote arrangement as well.

Required Qualifications
-5 years experience in a process improvement role or with the creation/optimization of financial applications
-3 years experience workflow optimization.
-3 years' of leadership experience, either directly or indirectly managing a team and coaching and mentoring a diverse group of colleagues

Preferred Qualifications
•Prior experience or knowledge of PBM industry or pharmaceuticals
•Prior experience working with PEGA or similar operational workflow automation tools
•Strong collaboration skills and ability to successfully engage with senior leaders
•Experience working with IT and Scrum methodology
•Experience leading enterprise projects or relevant project management experience
•Experience developing and facilitating presentations to various audiences
•Master's Degree or MBA
