Environmental Specialist

ROI has teamed up with an upstanding environmental management firm who is seeking out individuals that prioritize long-term growth within an established company, and have a passion for building client relationships through solving their environmental challenges. The ideal candidate will be working on site in Piscataway performing lab pack duties included but not limited: waste/material management, developing client relationships, QA/QC, other ad-hoc duties. This is a position that encourages long-term professional growth.

Position Responsibilities

• Customer focused attitude

• Work with an onsite Environmental Specialist team and learn all onsite operations (materials management, waste management, client specific tasks)

• Familiarize yourself with onsite health and safety program

• Work with program manager to ensure compliance on with all State, Federal and Local regulations (shipping documents, LDRs, Profiles, Packing slips)

• Assist with receiving of raw chemical materials into the physical plant and inventory system

• Assist with material quality checks and dispensing of raw materials to research labs
