Job Advert Duties: * Responsible for leadership of the Environmental and Sustainability programs for the Evansville campus * This position will require an emphasis on environmental responsibilities which include: o Title V Air emission permitting o Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) o Large Quantity Generators (LQG) o National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES * Supporting facilities sustainability goals and implementing programs that drive continual improvement * Establish, maintain, and communicate facility wide environmental metrics * Keep current with company activities to ensure the facility maintains an exemplary record with respect to environmental compliance and program expectations * Implement new environmental initiatives and ensure facility compliance with all current corporate, federal, state, and local environmental requirements * Build and maintain effective relationships with peers, production workforce, management team and outside agencies * Maintain the facility's Environmental Stewardship Program * Provide oversight for work permit systems, SOP development and updates, contractor audits and training programs * Coordinate the facility's ISO 14001/ISO 45001 management systems Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree required, preferably in environmental science or a closely related scientific field * Experience working with ISO Management Systems or leading a facility's Environmental Health & Safety Management System * ISO 14001/45001 (or OHSAS 18001) experience preferred * Professional certification or ability to obtain in environmental area preferred (e.g., CHMM, Industrial Waste Water Operator) * Demonstrated skills in leading problem solving utilizing continuous improvement metrics, tools and methodologies * Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with and influence a diverse audience, at multiple levels within the company * Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and self-initiative skills * Adaptable to fast paced working environment * Ability to multi-task * Ability to meet deadlines Equality In Return RB (formerly Mead Johnson) offer very competitive salaries with excellent benefits and the chance to progress your career within a truly global organisation.
