Job Description

  • Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility as appropriate
  • Demonstrates and promotes the company vision
  • Regular attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to perform lab operations with good dexterity, laboratory techniques, with high degree for accuracy and precision
  • Documentation of testing observations, deviations, and results clearly and completely in compliance with regulatory expectations
  • Understand and utilize computers for information access, calculations, process data and report preparation
  • Use MS Windows applications such as Excel, word, Outlook email; ability read, understand, and follow written procedures
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Independently seek out work
  • Perform laboratory and equipment maintenance
  • Flexible to work overtime as workload requires
  • Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner
  • Perform data review of reagents, sample data, and maintenance logs as assigned and according to procedures

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in biology or related degree concentration. Previous laboratory experience is not required.

Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PAare encouraged to apply.
