Senior Associate- Molecular Biology, Protein Technology Live What you will do Let's do this. Let's change the world. Amgen's Therapeutic Discovery organization is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Protein Technologies department at our South San Francisco site. Protein Technologies is responsible for designing, planning and executing on the generation of key enabling reagents to support early discovery of small and large molecule therapeutics and ground-breaking modalities. The successful candidate will join Molecular Biology group and is expected to apply molecular biology techniques to generate DNA constructs used for making proteins and cells lines for discovery and pipeline projects, including antibodies, bispecifics and membrane proteins. Responsibilities will include: (a) design constructs; (b) apply automation and data management software to clone large panel of constructs for multiple projects; (c) interact closely with and hand off gene constructs to the downstream stakeholders.
