Requirements:
Education/Certifications: Bachelor's degree in natural science, environmental science, or engineering required.
Experience: 5-7 years of environmental experience and knowledge of environmental and Tyson systems
Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office programs such as Word Excel and Power Point
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels of Team Members; bilingual skills are a plus. Special Skills: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to drive concurrent projects to completion; comfortable influencing all levels of the organization; strong team and collaboration skills; demonstrates ability to think creatively and drive innovation; and Project Management concepts and techniques

This position is responsible supporting compliance with Tyson Environmental Management Systems across all domestic Business Units.
Responsibilities Include:
- Deliver Continuous Improvement in management of Tyson environmental standards with information related to the most current Tyson Standards and Federal Regulations.
- Serve as a Technical Liaison to all plant based environmental managers and environmental professionals on environmental matters (e.g. program implementation, regulatory interpretation, problem solving).
- Monitor and routinely update environmental team on changes in federal and state regulation and trade groups.
- Assemble, monitor, and report out on state specific groups of environmental managers focused on proposed changes in state specific regulation aligned with their state specific agencies and organizations.
- Overseeing and supporting implementation of Tyson's Chemical Management Standard.
- Maintaining Tyson's Environmental Sharepoint platform and keeping up to date with the most current documents and resources available for environmental program management.
- Collaborating with environmental managers in review and update of automated task management software (eCAT).
- Leading and assisting in environmental compliance audits.
- Assisting with the organization of routine training events to provide continuing education for environmental managers.
- Assisting with ongoing maintenance of Tyson's Learning Management System for Environmental Training. This includes the updating of training materials to reflect the most current Tyson Standards and Federal Requirements, assisting environmental managers with identifying and updating training assignments as needed, generating routine reports for all business units in relation to training compliance.
- Assist with updating inspection templates in Enablon to reflect current Tyson Standards Auditing Protocols.
