JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a Crew Leader position in Production. There are 5 Crew Leader openings across multiple departments.
Positions in this sub-family are responsible for the set-up, calibration, and operation of machines used in production processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervises support roles with responsibility for performance review/management and training
Sets day-to-day objectives, organizes workflow, provides guidance, and supports achievement of goals for team
Leverages prior experience to solve issues using latitude of existing guidelines, also recommending changes within specialization policies/procedures
Works closely with specialization manager
Communicates regularly with management and infrequently with executive leadership
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; OR 3+ years of relevant experience
