M.S. in Biological Sciences, strongly prefer broad training in biology; a strong interest in teaching excellence; Must be able to teach in-person on the SRSU Alpine campus.

Preferred Primary Responsibilities

Teach 15 semester credit hours per semester. Courses can include, but not be limited to, General Botany, General Zoology, Biology for Majors I and II, Plants and People, Anatomy and Physiology, Medical Terminology and other related courses in the field. Delivery of courses will be through face to face as well as distance delivery.

Position is Security Sensitive.

Nine month position, yearly contract, with summer teaching possible.

The Department of Biology, Geology, and Physical Sciences offers BS and MS degrees in biology, chemistry, and geology. The graduate programs in biology and geology enrolls approximately thirty students, primarily thesis seeking.
