BiologistCambridge, MA$30-35/hour Biologist will be responsible for investigating new immunization strategies to advance endogenous antibody discovery using hybridoma and single B cell technologies. Biologist Responsibilities:
BiologistCambridge, MA$30-35/hour Biologist will be responsible for investigating new immunization strategies to advance endogenous antibody discovery using hybridoma and single B cell technologies. Biologist Responsibilities:
- Cell culture (culture with primary cells).
- Animal handling and immunizations (IP and SC injections).
- Screening of sera and monoclonal antibodies using ELISA and flow cytometry.
- Protein expression and purification.
- Minimum of a BS, graduate degree (MS or PhD preferred).
- Relevant cell biology experience (primary cell culture experience preferred).
- Relevant experience with biological assays (ELISA and flow cytometry preferred).
- Experience with protein expression and purification.
- Relevant molecular biology experience.
- Preparation and delivery of detailed presentations, both written and verbal, to project teams.
