Laboratory Technician

Description:
Seeking an individual eager to get lab experience. The candidate will work a market leader in pharma development is Salisbury, MD, the successful candidate will be performing multiple lab functions for the withdrawal of Horseshoe crab blood to aid in the development of medical treatments.
Aseptically collect blood from Horseshoe crabs according to SOP's which include washing, handling, racking, tagging crabs with US Fish & Wildlife tags,
Perform aseptic production activities in the production of pyrogen free tubes according to SOP
Perform aseptic production activities in the processing of K811 Raw Lysate according to SOP, including material movement, handling, and restocking
Include and completing necessary documentation of procedures
Complete all required documentation legibly, accurately, on time and compliant with cGMP requirements.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Associate or BS or Bachelor's in Biology, Biological sciences, or related scientific field is preferred but not required
