WSP is currently initiating a search for a Senior Environmnental Consultant for our Salt Lake City office. Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop a local team that is collaborative and engaged - Build and manage local client coordination and cross-selling efforts in coordination with regional pursuit management - Manage company operations at a local level - Provide technical leadership and thorough understanding of area of practice - Assist with implementing national business line strategy Talent is the essence of meeting our client's objectives, goals and challenges. Job Requirements

> Minimum Qualifications (unqualified applicants need not apply): - Minimum of 7 years' experience in environmental consulting - Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP's health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies - Skill in and desire to do business development and pursuit management through relationship building and frequent interactions with clients and prospects - Managerial experience - Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures - Bachelor's degree in engineering, biology, geology, hydrology, environmental science, or public policy Preferred Qualifications: - History of strong client relationships and proven track record of growth - Clear understanding of local, state, and federal regulatory jurisdictions - Demonstrated commitment to internal and external client service - Demonstrated ability of developing employees and directing career growth About WSP USA WSP USA is the U.S. operating company of one of the world's leading engineering and professional services firms.
