At this time, we are looking for two Micro Lab Technicians to join our busy Lab group- 2nd shift and 3rd shift. Job Requirements:

We are seeking someone that have the ability to:
  • Perform aseptic microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished pharmaceutical products using USP methods and be in compliance with SOP's and FDA regulations.
  • Maintain the use of live microbiological agents and cultures.
  • Maintain the micro lab and maintain/troubleshoot microbiological instrumentation such as microscope, incubators, refrigerators, freezers, etc.
  • Collect and analyze samples for environmental monitoring for water, air, and equipment.
  • Evaluate data for trends and author standard operating procedures and microbiological test methods.
  • Perform method validations, method transfers, and method troubleshooting.
  • Perform administrative duties to document work and lab investigations as necessary, prepare, distribute, and maintain forms, charts, logs, graphs, SOP's and other written tools.
  • Perform or assist with equipment calibrations and qualification.


A Bachelor of Science degree in microbiology or a related field is required. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of microbiology and experience working in a FDA environment is a BIG PLUS. We are also looking for a thorough individual who can handle multiple tasks, be self directed, and has excellent organizational skills.
