Biomark is a worldwide supplier of electronic identification and related monitoring systems to the fish and wildlife conservation communities and aquaculture industry. Biomark is an Aquaculture portfolio of digital products within our company's Animal Health.
Biomark specializes in low frequency RFID (radio-frequency identification) tags also referred to as Passive Integrated Transponder (PIT) tags and related monitoring equipment and services. They integrate these products by focusing on in-house design and manufacturing and providing installation services and maintenance. The monitoring systems collect identification data at specific and strategic locations to provide researchers valuable animal intelligence for management decisions. Biomark also provides specialized services including fish tagging, statistical analysis, software development, study execution, report writing and computational model development to support statistically robust solutions.

Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain sales data in ERP system on a weekly basis. Ensure accuracy of data, highlight discrepancies, and align to commercial model.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining sales contracts in support of commercial team activities. Track and maintain expiration of contracts and renewals.
- Manage and process the flow of sales orders and invoices through Biomark systems and intercompany invoicing.
- Sales reporting and analysis for commercial and leadership teams. Provide insights and recommendations as needed.
- Assist sales leadership with sales related budgeting and forecasting as it relates to our Commercial model.
- Assist dedicated sales staff with customer facing sales efforts on an as needed basis.
- Manage and track inventory-related details in ERP system and understand impact and interdependencies with commercial targets. Engage business partners (finance, operations, production, etc.) when adjustments are needed to gain alignment.
- Manage time resource allocations in the system based on contracts and ensure data accuracy. Translate to proper billable hours and expense tracking as it relates to Biomark.
- Provide ongoing support to Biomark leadership as needed.
Position Qualifications:
Education Minimum Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, sales, or related field.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 2-4 years' experience in a business or sales support role
- Proficient in sales transaction processes
- Proficient in MS Office systems, especially Excel and Power Point
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and on time deliverables
- Strong communication skills
- Teamwork-oriented approach to sales team and overall organization.
- Action oriented - ability to deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to engage with stakeholders effectively.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Experience with Navision or related ERP systems
- Experience with Inventory management
- Sales contract related experience
