This position is being offered in Cadmus Government Sector/Water Team and will support contracts with EPA and other government clients in the areas of drinking water and water quality.Successful candidates must be highly motivated to perform and learn, able to work collaboratively and independently, detail-oriented, comfortable speaking in public, and able to manage assigned tasks and projects from start to finish with input from supervisors. Candidates should also possess exceptional research, oral and written communication, and analytical skills, enabling them to support Cadmus mission to successfully meet clients needs.This position will be located in the Cadmus Montana office location when offices re-open.

Responsibilities:
Provide project support:Ensuring project manager and client satisfaction across multiple projects in a program.Facilitating information sharing and planning across projects and teams.Supporting the efforts of multiple project managers.Providing strategic thinking in support of client initiatives.Researching existing information on emerging drinking water issues and treatment technologies, including water re-use technologies, and to support policy initiatives and assess the impacts of policy decisions.Development of technical guidance and training materials for implementation of drinking water regulations.Collection, analysis and management of environmental data.Occasional travel to conduct field work for infrastructure needs assessments and other utility outreach and technical support.Present material and assist on webinars and at in-person events.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:BS/BA with coursework in engineering, environmental science and policy, or other relevant area and a minimum of 2 years of experience, or an MS in a related field.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting over the phone and to live audiences.Strong organizational abilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel; additional experience with GIS and data analytics programs (R, Python, SAS, PowerBI) preferred.Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S Permanent Resident or U.S. Citizen.Desired Qualifications:Knowledge of the Safe Drinking Water Act and/or Clean Water Act, drinking water or wastewater utility or regulatory program experience.Experience in training, education, and/or outreach and communications.Applied experience with research activities in an academic or professional setting.Experience public speaking.Additional Information: To be considered, all candidates must submit the following materials:A one-page cover letter describing your qualifications, interests, and career objectives.
