We are looking for a Technologist to join our Microbiology department!
Responsibilities:
- Quality control and processing
- Running Panther instrument
- Culture reading
- Making reagents
- Determine the acceptability of specimens for testing
- Perform routine and complex technical procedures and functions according SOP
- Monitor, operate and troubleshoot instrumentation
- Prepare, test and evaluate new reagents or controls
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology or a related science
- Minimum 1 year of clinical laboratory testing experience is required
- Microbiology experience required
