Job Description
* Perform cGMP Microbial testing (Environmental Monitoring, Gas Monitoring, Bioburden and Endotoxin testing)
* Execute phase-appropriate test method validation protocols as needed
* Support operational systems (equipment/instrument maintenance/calibration, equipment alarm monitoring, sample handling/tracking, cGMP documentation, and method training)
* Lead team, schedule, and train employees in client environment
* Ensure adherence to highest quality and efficiency standards in laboratory operations
* Ensure coverage and performance
* Foster morale and teamwork
* Ensure adherence to highest quality and efficiency standards in laboratory operations
* Ensure coverage and performance and work with client to execute upon a defined scope of work
* Foster positive morale and teamwork
