Scientific. Clinical. Software Engineering Job Description
Position Summary:
The selected scientist will work closely with the NGS lab to process, QC, and analyze sequencing experiments. They will collaborate with colleagues to propose and implement solutions to achieve seamless integration of NGS lab processes with our internal data processing pipelines.
The selected scientist will work with discovery biologists to address program-related scientific questions by analyzing genomic and other high throughput data.
The selected scientist will contribute to ongoing efforts to elucidate mechanisms of resistance to important cancer therapies by analyzing genomic data from clinical cohorts of interest.
Requirements:
MSc or PhD in bioinformatics, computer science, or equivalent
3+ years of hands-on experience with NGS data pipelines and analysis
Experience and fluency with R
Strong analytical skillset and an ability to work as a part of cross-functional teams
