BioProduction Division: Pharma Analytics R&D

How will you make an impact?
You will be an active member of the R&D team with the ability to contribute to multiple R&D projects simultaneously. This is a hands-on scientist role. You are a self-starter, organized, and be highly motivated. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and launching products. You will execute experiments systematically and maintain documentation include data traceability such that quality products can be made in accordance with the agreed timelines. You will actively contribute to feasibility, optimization, development and V&V activities in an R&D environment launching products with a purpose to grow our business. You may also collaborate with product transfer scientists across sites and also work with external collaborators.
What will you do?
- Play an active role in executing experiments to drive new product development and sustaining projects.
- Analyze and present data in meetings
- Maintain regular communication and participate in core teams.
- Work closely with product transfer, Manufacturing, quality, product management and program management.
- Contribute towards fostering innovative ideas and embrace the culture of 'developing products with a purpose'.
- Anticipate key raw material sourcing requirements, considering lead times that may impact project timelines.
- Work with a sense of urgency, be proactive, and manage risks when planning experiments.
How will you get here?
Education
BS in life sciences with 3+ years/MS with 0-3 years of relevant post-graduate experience.
Experience
- Broad-based knowledge of qPCR, NGS, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry/Bioanalytical methods.
- Experience using data analysis tools, as well as MS Office/Project packages
- Previous experience in product development is a plus

- Self-starter, dependable individual with a can-do attitude.
- Must be results driven, organized and exhibit ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must possess ability to analyze data and present to project teams
- High degree of interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at different sites
