Responsibilities:
Job Description: Provide general molecular biology support (e.g., cloning, minipreps, etc.) Maintain wild type and mutant zebrafish stocks Coordinate zebrafish import and export Order supplies and receive packages Coordinate equipment maintenance Help onboard new lab members
Qualifications:
Required Skills: Bachelors degree in molecular biology or related field At least 4 years of experience in a molecular biology Molecular biology benchwork expertise (e.g., PCR, gel electrophoresis, etc.) Prior experience in a zebrafish lab is helpful but not required Excellent communication skills (including good written and spoken English) Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.) Ability to contribute to a congenial and productive work environment
