Chief of Staff

Currently partnered with an exceptionally gifted team of entrepreneurs who have real vision for sustainability - they are creating a suite of products to tackle urgent problems related to climate change. They've undergone a highly successful funding round with leading VCs attached and are looking to embed a Chief of Staff. This is a crucial hire and requires a strategic, solutions-driven individual with a highly commercial approach.

* You will work with the leadership team to identify and implement key strategic objectives with a view to advancing the wider vision of the company
* It's essential you're able to engage with senior individuals effectively, develop and build partnerships, work with stakeholders across business verticals to align objectives, and enable new commercial opportunities
* You will lead a team of analysts to ensure decisions are informed by reliable data and in the bests interests of the company
* You'll also be adept at liaising with key external stakeholders: investors, policy leaders, industry leaders

Background:

* Ideally you'll come with a robust academic history: BA + MBA, JD preferable
* At least five years experience in strategic roles
* Adept at complex project management, communication, data interpretation and analytics
* An exceptional communicator and able to engage at the most senior levels
* Early stage scale-up / start-up experience preferred
