We are seeking a Researcher to join the laboratory of Dr. Taosheng Chen in the department of Chemical Biology & Therapeutics at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. The researcher will assist in conducting experiments and analyzing data using techniques such as cell culture, Western blotting, chromatin immunoprecipitation, PCR, qPCR, protein purification, and microplate-based assays. Experience with one or more techniques is preferred, but not required. The work will be performed in a highly collaborative environment with communication among multiple teams, so excellent communication and organizational skills are required. Experience with programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is also a plus. Opportunity to co-author peer-reviewed publications.

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant scientific area is required. Will also consider current students with an anticipated graduation date within 3 months of application. Verification of degree is required prior to start date.

  • Applicants with some exposure to an appropriate scientific field such as cellular or molecular biology are encouraged to apply.
