Numerator is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our amazing Talent Acquisition team. You will partner closely with our Engineering, Product and Data Science team to continue to build our globally distributed R&D team.

As our Technical Recruiter, you will focus on recruitment initiatives across North America for a multitude of functions across the R&D org. You will help identify, attract and assess both active and passive candidates and guide them through our interview process and their future role here at Numerator. As our new Technical Recruiter, you will be passionate about delivering an awesome candidate experience and act as the primary advocate for candidates throughout the recruitment process.

What you'll get to do
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process while supporting world-class candidate experience
  • Utilize "outside of the box" strategies to engage passive technical talent and employ inclusive sourcing techniques to reflect the diverse teams we are building.
  • Develop and foster strong partnerships with all internal clients, including our r&d leadership team members
  • Build active talent pools by implementing creative sourcing methodologies to nurture a steady pipeline of candidates
  • Create an exceptional applicant experience and make sure everyone receives timely feedback and a positive experience
  • Think differently about how to source, recruit, connect and engage with all candidates (active and passive) in the market
  • Champion DEI initiatives in everything you do, and encourage others to build inclusive teams and environments
  • Own projects to keep building and integrating on our hiring and recruiting processes, DEI commitments, data initiatives and more


What you bring
  • A proven track record in technical recruiting - you have experience in recruiting for a variety of roles, including but not limited to: Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists and more
  • A fundamental understanding of technology concepts, specially with respect to software development and data science
  • A recruiting philosophy that isn't about filling seats, but about building pipelines of strong, diverse candidates you regularly engage
  • You love building meaningful relationships with hiring leaders and candidates
  • You are curious and interested in technologies that technical teams use and how those emerging trends work
  • You have a demonstrated ability to effectively source and place candidates for all positions at all levels
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, and extraordinary attention to detail and follow-through
