Environmental Specialist NEPA

Full service firm with reputation that goes back over 50 years looking to add a talented Senior Environmental Specialist NEPA to their Indianapolis office!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare project-related environmental documentation in compliance with NEPA
  
• Ensure overall compliance with plans, specifications, procedures, codes and standards
  
• Conduct wetland delineations, stream evaluations ad spatial analyses/mapping using ArGIS software
  
• Participate in public information meetings/public hearings
  
• Develop/review 401/404 permit applications
  
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously (including budget/schedule)
  
• Communicate effectively with clients, regulatory agencies and project team members
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Biology or Natural Resources
  
• 5+ years of experience conducting wetland delineations, developing stream and wetland mitigation plans and NEPA compliance for infrastructure projects
  
• 38-Hour U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Wetland Delineation Training
  
• Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) NEPA certification
