Position: Biologist III Location: Abbott Park, IL Duration: 12 Months + Extension Job Summary: The main focus of this position will be general lab skills such as pipetting and cell culturing for expansion, differentiation and/or storage. Additional activities include Western Blotting analysis, PCR and assistance with in vivo rodent studies. Proficiency in sterile cell culture is essential. The goal will be to assist in development of assays investigating pharmacological activity of new compounds. Candidates must be able to complete laboratory tasks independently with little supervision. Assignment is set to run until the end of the year, but could be extended up to 2 years based on performance and project need, so please be sure that Candidates can work for a full 2 Years if needed without any issues!
