Global Environmental Manager

We are looking for an Environmental Manager who has a proven understanding of OSHA, EPA, DOT & IATA regulations, and the motivation to develop and implement initiatives for safety and sustainability. Responsibilities
- Lead and administer field sales and service safety programs and support for customers and for ChemTreat operations
- Drive programs and initiatives regarding environmental safety, sustainability and governance for ChemTreat chemical production locations. Lead corrective and preventative action practices as it relates to safety and environmental compliance
- Oversee environmental performance data, environmental incidents, inspections, environmental monitoring results. Evaluate products for compliance. Ensure accountability on ChemTreat's EMS policy and procedures
- Collaborate with colleagues across our global organization to embed and advance sustainability commitments, including setting science-based targets, designing and implementing new initiatives and co-developing multi-year roadmaps to achieve our targets
- Manage and assess the environmental compliance and conformance to the ISO 14001 standard
Are you qualified?
- 8-10 years proven experience in environmental, health, and safety required, ideally with leadership experience
- Demonstrated understanding of OSHA, EPA, DOT & IATA regulations required
- Willingness to travel approximately 15% of the time required
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- MS in Environmental Compliance, Environmental Science, Chemistry or other related degree program a plus
- Previous experience with ISO 14001 or 45001 a plus
- Spanish Language skills a plus
