JOB DESCRIPTION
The role will be responsible for supporting the successful planning, coordination and implementation of the Everest project to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated time frames. They will work within a cross functional team, manage teammates, and liaise with and influence subject matter experts within the business with respect to the new financial planning and reporting platform and the changes required to effectively implement new business processes and technology.
The role will lead a specific work stream of Financial Planning. The role will be responsible for designing business processes and getting the organizational structure in a state that can be maintained and integrated into the new ERP. This role will lead the implementation of financial planning processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES
· The Product Owner is a member of the scrum team who serves as the proxy for the business responsible for process and product functionality
· Drive decisions & scope within the scrum team that align processes to the EVEREST ERP Enterprise Template standardized across businesses and regions.
· Review and contribute to the Program EVEREST vision, roadmap, and content
· Ensure the team is utilizing leading practice as advised by Consultant
· Co-facilitate process design Solution Confirmation workshops with Consultant counterpart
· Manage Solution Decisions (Configuration, WRICEF, Cutover etc.).
· Drive team collaboration to detail user stories with acceptance criteria and examples in the form of acceptance tests
· Responsible for prioritizing and refining program backlog in preparation for Program Increment Planning (PIP)
· Ensure team is delivering per quality commitments and within predefined timelines.
· Integrate with Solution Architect to drive cross team integration.
· Identify resource requirements, engage Subject Matter Experts, and ensure required participation in Solution Confirmation workshops
· Responsible for communicating back to business progress, issues, and overall status, reaching consensus with the business community on critical design issues
· Responsible for creating business case to support custom development if believed necessary
· Collaborate with process and work streams to drive testing, change, training, data, cutover and hyper-care activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 5 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree required
