This position is based in Florida, but our selected candidate must be agreeable to regularly travel to Puerto Rico to support client, project and fieldwork oversight needs.

Responsibilities:
- Oversees a portfolio of diverse environmental portfolios and supervises staff.
- Manages client interaction and financial and resource allocation.
- Provides senior project oversight and expert technical input on complex projects.
- Assists in the review and approval of project related documents and deliverables.
- Evaluates subsurface characteristics for environmental assessments and remediation projects.
- Conducts performance reviews and project team meetings to review current and future projects, discuss project and/or employee issues, and staff workloads.
- Ensures adherence to client and corporate contract specifications in all activities including Health, Safety, Security, and Environment.
- Must be agreeable to regularly travel to Puerto Rico to support client, project and fieldwork oversight needs.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Geology, Environmental Science or a related major.
- 8+ years of related experience. Experience should include: environmental assessment and investigation coordination and oversight, technical report writing, remedial alternative analysis, remedial action planning and execution/oversight, and management of retail petroleum and/or industrial project work.
- Working knowledge of Puerto Rico's environmental regulations is desired.
- Technical writing experience and report preparation is required.
- Qualified candidates will be able to demonstrate that they have successfully managed multiple site portfolios.
- Must be self-motivated and possess excellent attention to detail, problem solving, communication, teamwork, analytical, organizational, client service skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written) is a plus, but is not required.
- Professional certification a plus (PG or PE).
