About the Position:
The Project Scientist - Biology will work with Head of Biology and support project teams leveraging our unique DEL/Machine Learning platform to identify high-quality small molecule development candidates. The position will be part of multidisciplinary project teams and drive discovery projects from a biochemistry perspective. To achieve this, the Project Scientist Biology will work with and manage a network of external partners to deliver on the timelines and objectives of the discovery projects.
Requirements:
The successful candidate holds a M.S. or Ph.D. (or equivalent degree) in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology or related discipline. The candidate should have at least 3 years of pharmaceutical, biotech or Post-Doctoral experience and demonstrate a strong understanding of drug discovery. It is expected that the successful candidate will have a track record of collaborative teamwork and problem solving, thinks entrepreneurial, is detail-oriented, and possesses a high degree of flexibility to meet the needs of a high-pace research organization.
