About You:
  • The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate projects and other office events.
  • Should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls from potential clients and current clients.
  • Should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors, clients, and municipalities.
  • Should have a good understanding of Town/City/State regulations.
  • A professional license is preferred, but not required if the candidate has the experience required.

  • Coordinate and organize field crew.
  • Oversee projects and time management.
  • Deal with clients, towns, and states.
  • Coordinate day-to-day inbound and outbound projects.
  • Supervise Civil/Survey drafters.
  • Experience with AutoCAD drafting, Microsoft Office suite.
  • Project Management from start to finish.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong ability to multitask.
  • Friendly and upbeat demeanor.

This position includes project management in subdivisions, boundaries, and as-built surveys. AutoCAD experience is required. The position also involves the coordination of projects and submissions with office personnel, clients, municipalities, and the State.
