Environmental Corporation of America (ECA) is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated full-time Project Manager to support a team of scientists and cultural resource employees conducting FCC National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) reports, which includes drafting and managing Section 106 Review historic preservation reports. The position would also involve assistance in drafting Fish and Wildlife Service reports and occasionally Phase I Environmental Site Assessments. This position will require independent research and compiling information from local, state, and federal resources for authoring and managing NEPA Screening Reports.

Technical report writing skills and strong computer skills are required. Field inspections of various property types, primarily sites under consideration for telecommunications installations, will be periodically required. The position typically involves approximately 5% field time and 95% office time.
