We are seeking adjunct science instructors for Cameron University in Duncan and/or Lawton.

Adjuncts holding this position may teach a maximum of 9 credit hours a semester.

POSITION TITLE:
Part time Adjunct Faculty for the Cameron University, Department of Chemistry, Physics & Engineering
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Adjuncts holding this position may teach a maximum of 9 credit hours a semester.
- Responsibilities will include teaching science courses and potentially labs, where applicable, attending some mandatory university and department meetings, collecting assessment data for the courses under your instruction, and holding office hours for your students. The position requires the instructor to teach day and/or night classes as well as online courses. Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- For courses in baccalaureate programs, a Master's Degree in the field of instruction is required. In some programs (particularly in Associate's Degree Programs), the adjunct should have completed 18 or more graduate hours in the discipline or other tested experiences that qualifies them for the position.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's Degree in a physical science field, preferably chemistry or physics.
SALARY:
