Your Role & Responsibilities
  • Successful candidate will learn, and assist with set-up and training in the use of Gensuite HSE software. Includes:a. Update Incidents, Initial Injury, and Action Tracking System databases with identification of root cause and driving implementation of corrective actions.b. Provide training to Supervisors and Management.c. Maintain HSE metrics.
  • Ensure current documentation maintained for the ISO14001 and ISO45001 certifications are updated in the MBMS Database. Track and report any discrepancies.
  • Assist HSE Team with development of safety processes and/or procedures applicable to the site.
  • Ensure documents for annual required training are up-to-date and current. On occasion, provide training for such training or new hire.
  • Maintain data for Safety Observations (SOT) and Safety Talks spreadsheet.
  • Collaborate with the HSE Coordinator on updating the Chemical Inventory for the web-based system Sitehawk Safety Data Sheet's.
  • Any other projects as assigned.


Your Skills & Strengths
  • Successful completion of Sophomore year of a Bachelor degree program in Safety, Environmental Sciences, HSE, Industrial Hygiene, or related program.
  • Intermediate to excellent computer/MS Office skills in order to develop, maintain, and track pareto charts to trend data, projects, and training records.
  • Previous work experience in an office setting is preferred.
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills at all organizational levels, both verbal and written.
  • Must be able to provide training in-person for Gensuite as well as other safety processes and procedures.
