The Biology Intern will be support product development of laboratory instrumentation product(s).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Support cell culture experiments with preparation, data collection, and analysis
* Research, analyze, and report on laboratory processes to understand the user
* Research, analyze, and report on market features to understand the competitive landscape
* Research, analyze, and report on patents to understand the competitive landscape
* Conduct work that meets medical device quality standards of scientific rigor and documentation
* Support on other medical device projects depending on the specific skills of the individual

* Job competencies
* Cell culturing
* Written communications
* Use of software tools for data analysis
* Basic statistics for analysis
* Operating and monitoring laboratory equipment
* Physical science and/or engineering skills
