Our Ideal Candidate:

You are an experienced scientist with a passion for drug discovery and extensive experience with routine molecular and cell biology approaches including cell line engineering, CRISPR, and RNAi. You thrive working in a fast-paced research environment and have an interest in exploring new modalities.

Responsibilities

• Support/lead efforts in novel target identification/validation via multiple approaches
• Profile the biological activities of lead compounds in relevant preclinical models of disease
• Utilize pharmacologic and genetic tools to define mechanisms of drug response and resistance
• Communicate science and strategy effectively in a variety of internal and external settings

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Recent PhD in Biology or related scientific discipline, MS with 3 years or BS with 6 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience supporting preclinical drug discovery efforts including evaluation of novel targets/pathways for therapeutic potential or characterization of molecules in relevant disease models
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Desire and capacity to participate in a dynamic and fast-paced research setting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with targeted protein degradation is highly desirable
