Entry Level Microbiology Lab Technician

Apex Systems is seeking a Microbiology Lab Tech for one of our clients located near West Chester, Pennsylvania. This is a great contract to hire opportunity at a well-established and growing company. Ideal candidates must be able to work 3rd shift from 11pm-7am; Sunday night through Friday morning.

Responsibilities:

• Test Preparation for their Antimicrobial Effectiveness Testing
• Sterility Testing
• LAL
• Bioburden
• Filter Integrity Testing
• Label Reconciliation
• Microbiology Testing
• Calibration of Temperature Probes for their Refrigerators and Incubators
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, Microbiology or science related field.
