Job Description

Position Summary:

The Contracts Administrator provides support to the Corporate Counsel for the Eurofins US environmental companies, including client and vendor contract review and negotiation, contract database management, federal contract managements, litigation hold notices, and subpoena responses.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reviews client contracts, including federal contracts, RFPs and subcontracts, to ensure compliance with Eurofins legal standards with supervision by Corporate Counsel; prepares comment memos to client contracts for members of the Proposal Group, Account Executives, Client Service Organization staff; at times negotiates terms with clients;

• Responds to communications from operating units requesting assistance with contract terms;

• Ensures that corporate instructions for insurance requests, bid bonds and similar documents are current and posted on company intranet;

• Liaison between insurance broker and internal staff; at times directly with clients

• Manages compliance with Eurofins TestAmerica's federal General Services Administration (GSA) contract including annual audits, SAMe and CAGE code registrations for environmental companies;

• Functions as corporate Small Business Administrator of Eurofins TestAmerica's Small Business Administration (SBA) Commercial Subcontracting Plan, updating annual plan and including quarterly, annual reporting to federal government and select commercial clients;

• Coordinates information on the Legal/Contracts intranet site, including updating the Contracts Management roll-up spreadsheet;

• Update Eurofins TestAmerica company information for several State-required websites.

• Manages responses to third-party subpoenas, including preparing and sending objection letters, gathering responsive documents, and working with Corporate Counsel on document review and production.

• Performs special projects as required;
Qualifications

Education:

BA/BS preferred

Experience:

Minimum 3 years' experience with corporate contract management.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

• Adobe

• Other software programs as needed

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Computer skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Problem solving skills

• Ability to work independently

• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple priorities
