Position Details:

Job Description:

Pharmaceutical's BioMedicine Design (BMD) department is seeking a contractor in the Molecular Design, Profiling and Production group responsible for analytical support of the discovery mRNA platform optimization.

The scientist will participate in the design and generation of analytical data using ddPCR, RP-UPLC, TapeStation and/or Fragment Analyzer.

Knowledgeable in mRNA/DNA analytical techniques including but not limited to ddPCR, RP-UPLC and CGE (TapeStation/FA)

Perform molecular characterization and stability assessment of mRNA vaccine constructs

Detail oriented and organized

Ability to complete experiments with limited supervision

BA/BS with 2-3 years or MS with 0-1 years industry experience in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biophysics or related discipline; preferred candidate with mRNA vaccine or molecular biology emphasis preferred
