Description:
The primary responsibilities of this role, Molecular Biologist, are to:
• Design, conduct and interpret GLP-compliant experiments independently for characterizing molecular materials for biotech safety assessment and generating high quality data and reports;
• Be able to execute multiple projects concurrently;
• Perform high quality data documentation, study report and characterization records and ensure QMS, GLP and GRR compliance;
• Effective communication of important results/findings to key stakeholders;
? Lab work ie PCR, Southerns, DNA extraction
? Documentation of Lab work
? Report/Protocol writing and review
Skills:
molecular biology, pcr dna
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science with at least three years of relevant experience or Master of Science with at least 1 year of relevant experience;
• Demonstration of a sustained high level of technical skill and achievement;
• A good team player and able to participate in a team-based approach to research;
• Be able to interact with colleagues in other functions and department to solve technical problems;
• Excellent communication and writing skills;
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet timelines and projects targets;
Perfect candidates:
? Experience working at a leader in the agricultural space.
? Experience working within Regulatory.
