What You Will Be Doing -Develop novel computational methods and use existing methods to analyze data from mammalian cells
-Assist in design and assessment of gene-editing experiments
-Analyze bulk and single cell RNA-Seq and ATAC-Seq data
-Perform multi-modal analysis of DNA, RNA, and epigenetic data
-Combine data from multiple sequencing platforms, to identify SNPs, structural variants, copy number variants and use these data to improve our program
What You Need for this Position -PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology or related field
-3-5 years of post-doctoral experience in academia or industry and a strong publication record
-Experience working with high dimensional omics datasets (experience integrating omics and medical data a plus)
-Experience with bulk and single cell genomic and epigenetic data is key (DNA, RNA, genome structure)
-Strong hands-on experience with NGS
-Experience working with Python and R
