JOB DESCRIPTION
The Process Engineering Coordinator position focuses on developing and issuing processing specifications by translating information taken from drawings and calculations into computerized system. A Coordinator position requires basic knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience and works under moderate supervision. Problems are typically of a routine nature but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures. This position will communicate information that requires some explanation or interpretation.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create/update Wilson production and development specifications for Tire Building systems and cure systems based on master specifications.
- Maintain files for production specifications with complete and accurate history
- Work closely with Production Control and Process Engineering to provide accurate specifications with correct components, fabrics, stocks, gauges, etc on a timely basis for production start-up.
- Analyze specification changes necessary from Standard Deviations and 3M changes, then provide updated specification
- Executes mass changes for production optimization
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
1-2 years of administrative related experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred qualifications
2 year degree in Technical, Business, or related field
