The following qualifications are required at the company/offeror level:
• In order for HMIS to determine if a Subcontractor is qualified, the subcontractor shall have at least 10 years previous
experience providing related environmental planning and project support services.
• Subcontractor must have documented previous experience subcontracting with DOE or another government agency.
The following minimum qualifications for resources performing work are required:
• Bachelor of Science Degree in a technical discipline.

• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Minimum of 7+ years of environmental experience that includes planning, compliance, and construction project
support.
• Demonstrated experience with NEPA, project screening for environmental requirements, and developing project
execution schedules.
• Experience proactively coordinating with and facilitating communications among project staff, schedulers, SME's, and
technical staff.
• Experience communicating technical requirements to a variety of project personnel.
• Experience reviewing technical and construction documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Proficient in MS Office, primarily Word and Excel.
Desired Qualifications for resources performing work:
• Previous experience supporting Hanford Site construction projects planning and document reviews.
• Proficient in utilizing the Enterprise Service Platform Environmental Activity Screening System to screen projects for
environmental requirements.
• Proficient with Hanford Geographic Informational System (HGIS) Interactive Mapping and/or HMAPS program.
• Previous experience implementing Ecological and Cultural Clearance requirements and supporting revegetation
activities.
• Currently trained as a Radiation Worker II and have OSHA 40-Hour Hazardous Waste Training or equivalent (i.e. 24-
Hour Hazardous Waste TSD Worker).
