JOB DESCRIPTION
The Supply Chain Analyst II, is responsible for balancing business requirements with supply chain network constraints, performing business risk assessment, identifying & mitigating supply constraints, & continuously improving supply chain processes. Coordination & communication is wide ranging including: Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, Technical Centers, Global & Domestic Logistics assets, & Retail Operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Planning 1-8 Months
- Publish countries' N+7 month production request by balancing projected inventory to source's constraints
- Material Prep for Monthly IBP & Source Meetings
- Annual Budgeting & Compliance
- Ad Hoc Reporting
- Ensuring Customer Supply Needs
Production Compliance Tracking
- Order & Confirmation entry, & System Maintenance
- Monitor Plan vs. Actual
- Monitor Actual vs. Commitments
- Prep for & Reconcile to the Tactical plan
- Complete Standard Monthly Reporting
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering
- 2 - 5 years proven experience with analytics, implementing process redesign & improvement
- Capable of analyzing customer requirements & developing solutions
Requirements/Skills Desired
- Experienced in Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Tableau, SharePoint, Alteryx preferred
- Experienced in problem solving & negotiation including Lean/Six Sigma experience, desired
- Familiarity with & working knowledge of SAP, desired
- Ability to communicate clearly & concisely & experience with relationship-building, a must
- Excellent communication skills, speaking & writing, a must
