Perform bioanalytical assays, and assay transfer and cross training with other lab members including LC/MS and ligand binding assay, i.e. MSD and ELISA.
Maintain laboratory equipment, stock basic laboratory supplies and chemicals, lab logistics inducing sample shipping and receiving, and coordinate waste removal as needed.
Maintain a clear, detailed laboratory notebook to document all experiments and findings.
Required Qualifications: Minimum 2+ years of Post Grad laboratory experience.
Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently or with minimum supervision.
Work well both independently and as part of a team.
Passion to learn new skillset in a fast paced environment.
Preferred qualifications:
Bioanalytical lab experience
LC/MS analysis on small molecule, peptide and protein or ligand binding assay including MSD and ELISA
Expertise in the operation and maintenance of HPLC, mass spectrometers, and TECAN robot is preferred
Immunoaffinity purification hybrid LC/MS workflow
Experience with lab automation is a plus
Strong data organization and analysis skills
Excellent communication, organization and technical writing skills.
Assignment is set to run for 6 months, but could be extended based on performance and project need so Candidates MUST be able to work for up to two years with no issues.
