The Liu lab (https://liulab.dana-farber.org/) is seeking a highly motivated individual to join its team as a Computational Biologist. The Liu lab uses statistical and machine-learning approaches to advance personalized care in oncology, molecular targets for rational drug development, and new insights into tumor biology. The candidate would be involved in the analysis of human genomic, molecular, and clinical datasets, identifying novel targets and biomarkers, dissecting tumor evolution and resistance under therapy, and developing predictive models of response to guide clinical management in individual patients.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about taking a hands-on, problem-solving approach, and collaborating with research scientists and associates in an informal collegial work environment imbued with intellectual rigor.
